The USAlert NP35 is a numeric top-mounted display pager that provides all the basic
industry standard messaging capabilities with functionality to meet your everyday requirements. The pager is
fully synthesized, programmable, narrowband compliant, and available in VHF, UHF, or 900 MHz frequencies.
Using the POCSAG coding technology, the NP35 offers 4 addresses, louder alerting and a very rugged design.
The plastic enclosure is capable of handling the roughest environments to keep your investment protected at
all times. The NP35 Pager is ideal for Government / Public Safety, Humanitarian, Security, Oil & Gas and
Healthcare markets.
Messaging
The NP35 has a 20 message capacity, date and time stamps the messages, handles duplicate messages, has memory
backup, and an easy to view 12 digit display.
Over-The-Air Programming
Built-in over the air programming can be used to centrally program times, alerts, cap codes, message deletion and
also power off the pager when desired. These features all combine to provide better security management for your
communications network.
Priority Override Feature
During transmission of a priority message, a pager on an inaudible setting can be forced to use an audible tone
using the indispensable priority override feature of the NP35 series pager.
Battery Life
A single standard “AAA” alkaline battery powers the NP35 and would be expected to give about 60 days of battery
life under normal operating conditions. If desired, a rechargeable version of the NP35 is available.
Compliance and Certifications
The NP35 is a RoHS (Restriction of Use of Hazardous substances) environmental compliant pager and is certified
to meet the regulation limits for substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, and flame retardant materials. The
pager also has FCC certification that indicates its RF (radio frequency) emissions are low enough where they do not
interfere with other devices such as radios and TVs, CE certification where the manufacturer ensures the product
conforms with the essential requirements of the applicable European Conformity directives and thus allows it to be
sold in the European Union, and DOC or Declaration of Conformity with FCC standards, a self-authorization process
from the manufacturer stating the pager meets the RF emission limits as set forth by the FCC.
